We had a serious ant infestation inside the house, it was bad and I mean bad! I called Berwick Pest Control desperate for help. The receptionist was fantastic and booked us in. Steve came out, he arrived right on time and sprayed the inside and outside of the house, plus gave us some ant rid to put down if we saw a trail. The price was great as well. Unfortunately, it didn't work. Ants kept coming in, but dying. So the stuff worked, but didn't stop them coming inside. We were left with piles of dead ants every day. I waited 4 weeks to see if they would die out, but they didn't. So I called back desperate again, especially as now they had migrated to the kitchen, as well as many other rooms. The lady was so lovely and booked Brendan in to come out. Brendan was amazing! He explained everything really well and sprayed again for us, he also gave me more ant rid. He was so attentive to the bad areas. Another 4 weeks went by and they just kept coming! I tried the ant rid outside and it killed hundreds of them, but they didn't stop coming. They'd come inside and die. I'd was vacuuming them up multiple times a day. It was doing my head in! I called back again and again the lady was fantastic. She spoke with Brendan and called me back straight away and booked Brendan in to come out the following day. This time he used super heavy duty stuff and sprayed the entire house again. They never charged me for the 2 extra times that Brendan came out, which was great! A week after the 3rd time, they were still coming, but not as many. By the second week they were gone! Omg I was soooooo happy! It's been over a month and they haven't returned! I'm so grateful to Brendan and Berwick Pest Control for all their help and their amazing customer service. If I go through this again, I will not hesitate to call them for help!

Recommendations were also provided to prevent future issues which was greatly appreciated. Price was fair to the quality and service provided. Matt came today at my property he did an amazing work.He answered few questions I had.Compare to another company I had 2 years ago this guy went over and behind my expectations.He used different equipment more advanced and he spayed around the whole house, bins, fences, just everywhere.To potential clients Matt was really professional he checked the weather because our appointment was 1 week earlier and canceled it via phone call as it will be raining that shows responsibility and professionalism.Thank you very much guys for sending Matt today.

There was a paperwork mix up at our Agent's, so by the time Berwick Pest Control got the go ahead, the European Wasp nest - inside the bedroom wall - seemed to have doubled in size.Matt was great to speak to on the phone, and even though it was after 2pm on a Friday, assured us that he would be there at 1pm on Saturday.He was early!Matt was very reassuring, lovely to speak with, and extremely thorough. He even told us that he would return if there was *any* sign of life after the first 24 hours. But, given how careful he was to 'spray' every possible exit, it wasn't necessary.I would have no hesitation in recommending him personally, or (godforbid) calling him again should we need a pest controller.

We recently got horrible ants issue that i found hundreds of ants in my toilet over the weekend so i rang Berwick pest control on Monday to book the service. Brendan was such a lovely guy, very punctual, arrived 10 mins early and waited quietly outside. I asked hundreds of questions regards the ants & spiders issues as they are the major concerns. Brendan was very professional, answered all of my questions patiently and gave me some gel to attract ants & demolish the nest in case they come back again.
