Hi,
My name is Simon Imbesi and I am the Owner/Operator of Your Local Building Consultant. I am writing to introduce myself and my services. I assist Home Buyers make an informed decision on their largest investment – their home. I can provide pre-purchase building inspection reports and a range of other building inspection services to give you the confidence and knowledge in your purchase.
I have been in the building industry for 20 years previously working as a qualified Carpenter and Site Manager. I also currently assist a Home Builder ensure his homes are built to the current Australian Standard and his customers are satisfied with the end result.
I have strong relationships with many people in the industry – Builders, Real Estate Agents, Conveyancers etc and this means I am familiar with the real estate market and the pressures buyers are facing when making such a big decision. My goal is to make it less stressful for buyers who are looking to build or buy their new home.
My reports have a fast turnaround, lots of photos and easy to understand explanations discussing areas of concern, what can be done to fix the problem and who can help.
I provide a range of inspection services including:
- New Construction (Handover or Practical Completion) Inspection
- Dilapidation reports
- Slab, frame, lock up and hand over inspections
- Asbestos testing
- Building Condition Reports
